About rh999 — Built for Bangladesh's Online Gaming Community

Who We Are

rh999 was founded with a single focus: to give players across Bangladesh a trustworthy, high-quality online gaming experience that truly fits the way people in this country play, pay, and engage with sports and games. From the busy streets of Dhaka's Motijheel to the tea gardens of Sylhet, from Chittagong's port city to the coastal communities of Cox's Bazar, rh999 serves a growing community of players who expect a platform that understands them.

We built rh999 because we saw a gap in the market. Bangladesh has a passionate sports culture — cricket runs through the national identity, from Test matches at the Shere Bangla National Stadium to BPL franchise rivalries that light up every city during tournament season. Yet most online betting platforms available to Bangladeshi players were designed for other markets, forced local users to deal with foreign currencies, slow bank transfers, and customer support teams who had never heard of the Bangladesh Tigers. rh999 was built to be different.

Today rh999 hosts over 1,000 casino games, a comprehensive sports betting section covering cricket, football, kabaddi and more, and a live casino lobby powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Every feature on the platform was chosen and refined based on what Bangladeshi players actually want — not what works for markets in Europe or Southeast Asia. We process deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka, and our primary payment channels are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the wallets already in your pocket.

Our Mission

The mission of rh999 is straightforward: to be Bangladesh's most player-friendly online gaming platform. That means more than just having a large game library. It means building a platform that loads fast on 4G connections in Rangpur. It means offering customer support in a tone that feels human, not corporate. It means ensuring that when a player in Khulna deposits ৳500 via Nagad on a Tuesday night before a live cricket match, the money arrives in their rh999 account in seconds — not minutes or hours.

rh999 also believes strongly that online gaming should be accessible to any adult in Bangladesh — regardless of whether they live in a major city or a smaller town. The platform is fully browser-based, requiring no app download. A smartphone and a mobile data connection are all that is needed to access the full rh999 experience, from depositing and placing bets to withdrawing winnings back to bKash or Nagad.

What Makes rh999 Different

These are the six features our players consistently highlight when describing why they chose rh999 over other platforms available to Bangladeshi users.

Payments Built for Bangladesh

rh999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion and no hidden fees. Our supported payment methods cover the full range of options used by players across every division of Bangladesh.

bKash is the most widely used deposit method among rh999 players, followed closely by Nagad — which has grown rapidly in Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions where its agent network is particularly strong. Rocket serves players who primarily bank with Dutch-Bangla Bank. For larger transactions, direct bank transfer to accounts at BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank is available with same-day processing. All withdrawals to mobile wallets are completed within 15 minutes of approval once KYC verification is in place.

Our Core Values

These four values guide every product decision we make at rh999 — from how we design the login page to how we handle a withdrawal query at 2am.

• 🤝
  Transparency

We state our bonus terms clearly, publish wagering requirements upfront, and never bury fees in small print. What you see is what you get on rh999.
• 🛡️
  Player Safety

SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, KYC verification, and responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion are standard on every rh999 account.
• 🎯
  Local Relevance

Every feature on rh999 was chosen because it matters to Bangladeshi players — BPL cricket markets, Taka deposits, bKash withdrawals, and games rooted in South Asian culture like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
• 💚
  Responsible Gaming

rh999 is for adults aged 21 and above. We provide deposit limit tools, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options because we believe sustainable, enjoyable gaming is better than chasing losses.

Who Plays at rh999

rh999's player base spans every division of Bangladesh. Our largest player communities are in Dhaka and Chittagong, but we see strong and growing activity from Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Cricket fans make up the largest segment of our sports betting users — particularly during BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup events when betting volumes on cricket markets spike significantly across the platform.

Casino players at rh999 gravitate toward slots (particularly high-variance titles from Pragmatic Play), live Baccarat and Lightning Roulette from Evolution Gaming, and the South Asian card games — Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger — that draw players who enjoy the familiar rhythms of card games traditionally played at social gatherings during Victory Day celebrations, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The average rh999 player accesses the platform via smartphone, which is why mobile performance is our highest technical priority.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

rh999 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a regulatory box to tick, but as a genuine part of how we run the platform. Every rh999 account comes with access to deposit limit tools that let you cap daily, weekly, or monthly spending. A self-exclusion option is available for players who want to take a break, whether for a week or indefinitely. A cooling-off period feature lets you temporarily pause your account without permanently closing it.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming more than entertainment — if you are spending money you cannot afford to lose, or if gaming is affecting your relationships, work, or mental health — please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact our support team at [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours and can escalate your account restrictions immediately if needed. Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy.
