1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on rh999.vip ("the Platform"), you ("the User" or "Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rh999 with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. rh999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. rh999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

• 2You must be a resident of Bangladesh. rh999 is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and may result in account closure.
• 3You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• 4You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of rh999 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless written consent has been provided in advance.
• 5You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement currently in effect on rh999. If you have previously self-excluded and wish to re-register, you must contact [email protected] and allow a minimum cooling-off period before your account can be reinstated.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of rh999, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid username, a Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS, and a secure password. rh999 sends a one-time SMS verification code to your mobile number upon registration — this must be entered to activate your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. rh999 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any request for your password from someone claiming to represent rh999 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to [email protected].

Opening multiple accounts — including via different mobile numbers or email addresses — to exploit bonus offers or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• 2You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card or passport) and may require proof of address. rh999 aims to process KYC documents within 48 hours of submission during business days.
• 3You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your rh999 account remains accurate and up to date. • 4Dormant accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for more than 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as described in the current fee schedule available on the Platform. The dormancy fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before dormancy fees begin to apply.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rh999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rh999 does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion fees are charged by rh999 — all amounts deposited and withdrawn are in BDT at face value. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash agent fees) are outside rh999's control and are not reimbursed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. rh999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal if the amount exceeds certain thresholds or if there is a material change in account activity patterns. All withdrawal requests are subject to pending wagering requirement checks for any active bonus.

rh999 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the rh999 account holder. Any deposit received from a third-party payment account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rh999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. rh999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• 1Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including via multiple accounts — will result in all bonus amounts being voided and the account being flagged for review.
• 2The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 applies to a player's first real-money deposit. The minimum qualifying first deposit is ৳500. The bonus is credited automatically within seconds of the first deposit clearing. The bonus and any winnings derived from it are subject to a 30x wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• 3Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%. Games excluded from bonus wagering are noted in the specific promotion terms.
• 4All bonuses carry a 30-day validity period from the date of issue. Any bonus balance and associated pending winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the 30-day window will be forfeited automatically on expiry. 6. Responsible Gaming

rh999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising harm. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until a problem becomes severe.

• 1Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 7 days after any change request, to prevent impulsive limit increases.
• 2Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period the account remains accessible for withdrawal of existing balances but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• 3Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling on rh999 may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed and a written reinstatement request has been processed by the support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rh999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• 3Collusion with other players, use of betting software bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house. This includes but is not limited to coordinated arbitrage betting rings.
• 4Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain. If you discover a bug or error, you are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error are not payable and will be voided.
• 5Accessing or attempting to access rh999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic access controls.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

rh999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud, identity mismatch during KYC, multiple account creation, chargeback disputes, prohibited activity, or failure to complete required verification within the timeframes specified.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account balance at the time of suspension will be held in escrow during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full balance will be reinstated and the account will be reactivated. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be partially or wholly forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach, as determined by rh999 in its reasonable discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rh999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, images, game thumbnails, software, and the selection and arrangement of all such elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of rh999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the rh999 Platform without the prior written consent of rh999. Unauthorised use of rh999's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rh999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if rh999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rh999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by rh999's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rh999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an account on rh999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and protected, and your rights in respect of your personal data. 12. Amendments to These Terms

rh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rh999 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to the SMS number registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
